City Residency Requirements:

A resident must show proof of residency by providing one of the following:

  • Permanent California Driver's license
  • California Automobile registration
  • Property tax bill
  • Active duty military ID card - stationed in San Diego
  • San Diego School or San Diego College ID with picture for the current session.
 The City of San Diego owns and operates Torrey Pines Golf Course under the direction of the Park and Recreation department.

The city offers a 30 day pass to resident junior golfers under the age of 18 for $10.50.

Resident junior golfers must also be registered in the Parks and Recreation system. Registration provides a picture I.D. card and PIN for its automated tee-time service. Registering with the Parks and Recreation department costs $25.00.
